A question about the game(PLEASE READ I NEED HELP)

How do i know what quest im on in tibia, and what quest's are their and what would those reward's be cause i just walk around killing enemy's not knowing what im really meant too be doing as no one tell's me what my quest is or how to do it, so if anyone can answer please do so,thanks
